DNS? Whats that?

A DNS, or Domain Name Servers is practically one big old phone bookthat lists all domain names and converts them into IP addresses. For an example, lets say Jim connects to www.example.org, he just used a DNS server which converted the website he was visiting into that websites IP address. Yes, its really that simple. DNS services have made the lives of Billions of online users much simpler and much much easier.
